[ HIGHLIGHTS ]Booking Agreement
Being Italy is happy to provide single ground services—such as transfers, guides, and food experiences—as well as comprehensive travel packages. In the case of travel packages, and in accordance with Italian regulations (Tourism Code, Legislative Decree 23/05/2011, n°79), the travel agency shall provide the client with all relevant information regarding the itinerary, dates, included services, and the language in which the services will be conducted.
Once the client signs the contract, the agreement is officially registered and recorded. This formalizes the booking and confirms that both parties are bound by the terms and conditions outlined in the proposal. Please find all the details in the enclosed Contract of Tourist Package.
At the time of booking, you will be required to sign the service agreement, provide your personal information via our booking form, and pay a non-refundable deposit.
The subsequent installments will be scheduled based on how far in advance your booking is made. Full payment is due 35 days before the start of the tour. Please note that this total amount is non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation, the balance may be converted into a travel credit for a future trip with us. (The price of future itineraries may vary based on new dates, availability, and updated rates).
We highly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This should cover trip cancellation, medical expenses, and emergency repatriation. Being Italy cannot be held responsible for personal emergencies or external factors that may prevent your participation.

Consultancy Services For those who prefer to manage their travel independently or for overseas agencies requiring specific local expertise, we also offer professional consultancy services at an hourly fee. This allows you to access our insights and support while maintaining full control over your own bookings.
Legal and Fiscal FrameworkPlease note that our package structure is a requirement of Italian Law (VAT Regime 74-ter) for travel agencies. This regulation is specifically designed to provide travelers with fiscal transparency, and legal security for every component of the trip.
