Best Wines

Some secrets are meant to be shared in person …Italy is a land of extraordinary wines. No matter where your journey takes you, we will introduce you to boutique producers and family-run estates with deep, authentic flavors. While Brunello and Barolo are our personal favorites, we curate private and unique visits across the peninsula.

We have special access to top wineries. Contact us.

Local food markets

You can enjoy a wine tasting or join a gelato-making session. You can walk through Venice, Florence, or Rome, and learn how to tell a good artichoke or tomato from a bad one.

It’s about more than just eating; it’s about learning the small details that make Italian food what it is.

Tasting will be a must. Longer and shorter options are available.

Prosciutto, Chianti, Balsamic, Pizza, Pasta, Gelato, great cheese. - But not all at once :-) -

Focussing on wine

Art and wine are a natural combination. We love taking our guests to unspoiled villages to taste great labels in a relaxed atmosphere.

A good tasting can range from 25€ to 190€ per person. There is no pressure to buy; we want you to just relax and enjoy what you like. We don't take any commissions from the wineries. We suggest these places simply because we love them and we want to share the best of our land with you."

Pasta making

Tortellini! Ravioli! Gnocchi! Tagliatelle! Tortellini, Ravioli, Gnocchi!

Who said carbs are to be avoided?

It’s fun for one day, despite the diet.

We only work with fully authorized and licensed providers. Whether it’s a cooking class or a food tour, we ensure everything is professional, safe, and—above all—delicious.

But the effort has a unique reward. After the 'scarpinata' (the long climb) through ancient paths that 90% of tourists never see, we reach a hidden, restaurant. Here, away from the crowds, you will join an exclusive cooking class to prepare traditional island dishes. You won't just see Capri; you’ll hike its soul and taste its secrets in a place most people will never find.

  • Experience Pompeii beyond the standard route. We take you to the edges of the ancient city to witness the breathtaking frescoes of the 'Villa dei Misteri' (Villa of the Mysteries), one of the best-preserved examples of Roman painting in the world. After exploring the city's tragic history and hidden gems, we ascend the slopes of Mount Vesuvius for a 'yummy' lunch at an organic vineyard. Savor authentic Lacryma Christi wines and Piennolo cherry tomatoes, grown in the fertile volcanic soil. A day of artistic mysticism and high-altitude flavors, overlooking the entire Bay of Naples.

Visit an authentic dairy to witness Parmigiano Reggiano being made by hand—no machinery, just fresh milk, rennet, and pure craftsmanship. Step into the aging rooms and breathe in the incredible, deep nutty aroma of thousands of wheels maturing in silence. After savoring the world-renowned Parma Prosciutto, we conclude with the ultimate hands-on tradition: folding your own tortellini for a quintessential Emilian lunch.

Which sauce do you like the best? We love them with olive oil and Parmesan… but the meat sauce is not bad either!

  • Authentic Sardinia

Leave the paved roads behind for a journey into the wild heart of Nuoro’s mountains. Aboard a 4-wheel drive, we navigate the rugged 'bumping roads' to reach a hidden world known only to local shepherds.

Be prepared: This is an unscripted, raw experience. You will need good walking shoes and a true 'spirito di adattamento' (spirit of adaptation). There are no toilets in the woods, and nature is our only host.

The reward is the most authentic meal of your life: the best roasted suckling pig you have ever tasted, prepared over an open fire, accompanied by fresh shepherd’s bread and ricotta made that very morning. This isn't a tour; it’s a privilege for the few who want to touch the prehistoric soul of Sardinia.

  • A day of dramatic contrasts. We begin with a fast-paced excursion on Mount Etna, Europe’s highest active volcano. Walking across ancient craters and solidified lava flows, you will experience the raw, lunar landscape of the 'Mountain of Fire.'
