Logistics

Rome is the perfect hub: central, convenient, and well-connected to major airports. It’s the ideal base to extend your stay or enjoy a 1-to-3-day getaway to Capri and Pompeii.

We provide expert guides, skip-the-line tickets, and authentic cooking experiences. Beyond the icons, we can lead you to Rome’s hidden gems—from the private Colonna and Spada collections to hidden Caravaggio masterpieces—or arrange a personal shopping tour.

Whether it’s discovering artisans in Florence or the ancient silence of Torcello in Venice, we focus on the details that make the difference.

Activities

In Rome and Venice, we select charming, super-central hotels so you can walk everywhere. In Tuscany, we prefer the relaxation of country inns.

Italy is not just monuments and churches. The beauty of the rolling hills, the cypress trees, and the changing colors of the seasons make the countryside an essential part of the experience. We walk, we taste, we relax.

Our suggested itinerary: 2 nights in Rome, 3 nights in Tuscany, and 2 nights in Venice. Along the way, we highly recommend a break in Bologna for the best tortellini ever.

Experience the Soul of Italy

Rome: Art & Flavors. We meet by lunchtime for a stroll through the heart of the city, followed by a visit to the Colosseum as late as possible, capturing the golden hour just before closing. Tonight, the kitchen is yours: challenged by a professional chef, you’ll prepare dinner. The one who creates the most perfect ravioli deserves a surprise!

The Journey North. The next day is yours to choose: the majesty of the Vatican or the quiet elegance of private art collections. When it’s time to head to Tuscany, we’ll arrange a high-speed train or a private driver—whichever lets you travel in total comfort.

The Magic of Tuscany. You’ll fall in love with the rolling hills. Whether you choose a 5-star lodge, a restored farmhouse, or a retreat with natural hot springs (pure heaven!), the experience is yours to shape.

  • The Adventure: Venture into the woods for a private truffle hunt.

  • The Craft: Learn the secrets of a perfect crust with a panoramic pizza-making session.

  • The Relaxation: Sip world-class wines while being driven in a Mercedes van, or simply lose yourself in the scenery.

In Florence, enjoy a legendary steak and a visit to Michelangelo’s David. Then, a private boat will whisk you to Venice, where our expert guide will lead you to Torcello, the mystical island where the Venetian story first began.

  • Since these are private tours, you can decide on the hotel category, the pace of the tour, and the number of included services. We send you a draft, and you choose what you prefer.

Mercedes vans, V class are usually the recommended cars, but you can even rent a car and be totally independent.

  • If you drive yourself, we'll provide the approximate time schedule and route details, including where to stop for a drink or a break. We handle the booking of charming, family-run farms or hotels where you can enjoy a dip in the natural springs. A little more effort, for unique views

  • The beauty of bespoke journeys is that you can piece together different elements to suit your taste. You might choose a 5-star wine tasting with the rarest labels (at least €200 each) while staying in simpler places; or you can stay at extraordinary, highly-rated hotels and drive yourself—or simply choose to be 'coccolati' (coddled) in every single aspect.

For example, in Rome we work with Hotel Locarno and Ponte Sisto, as well as very basic but comfortable accommodations managed by nuns and priests, offering clean and efficient stays close to the Vatican. In Tuscany, we love the relaxation of thermal springs, recommending places like Adler or Posta Marcucci in Bagno Vignoni, and Terme San Giovanni in Rapolano. We usually avoid downtown Florence, preferring the charm of Siena or Chianti. In Venice, we select only authentic, central hotels like the Flora for a mid-range option or...Ca’ Sagredo and H10 as an example. As us for the best deals.

  • Any time you like.
